The piece in detail
The administrative building of a depot: two storeys, a long regular facade with small-paned windows, two chimney stacks, and the name DÉPÔT LYON MOUCHE in relief letters on the band. The panelled doors and their few steps give the scale. The low-pitched roof is ready for weathering.
Designed at the workshop in the spirit of the La Mouche depot in Lyon, it stands along stabling tracks or as a backdrop, behind a roundhouse or a shed. Its length makes it a structuring piece of a depot scene.
