Delivery and returns
Delivery, returns and warranties.
What you can expect from the workshop, from the order to the parcel, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Ordering
There is no cart: every order starts with a conversation with the workshop, by email, WhatsApp or from the configurator.
The workshop confirms in writing the availability, the final price, the shipping costs and the lead time. The order is placed with your written agreement on that quote, which also states the payment terms.
Delivery
Every piece is padded and packed in the workshop with its certificate of authenticity, then shipped with a tracking number sent by email.
Shipping areas: mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy. Elsewhere on request.
Lead times: a piece in stock ships within 2 to 4 working days after confirmation. A made-to-order piece follows the lead time stated in the quote, usually 1 to 6 weeks depending on the finish.
Shipping costs: stated in the quote, before you agree.
Damaged parcel or wrong piece
Open the parcel on arrival. If the piece is damaged or is not the one ordered, write to us within 3 days with photos of the parcel and the piece.
The workshop repairs, replaces or refunds, at your choice, and covers the return shipping.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
For a catalogue piece delivered as is, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, with no reason required (articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code).
Let us know by email within that time, then send the piece back within the following 14 days, in its original packaging and padded as it arrived. Return shipping is at your expense.
The full refund, standard delivery costs included, is made at the latest 14 days after the return is received, by the same payment method.
Exception: personalised or made-to-order pieces (specific scale or finish, painted lettering, options, custom building) cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The quote reminds you of this before you agree. They remain covered by the warranties below.
Warranties
Every piece is covered by the legal warranty of conformity, two years from delivery, and by the warranty against hidden defects (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
In case of a defect, the workshop repairs or replaces the piece; if that is not possible, it refunds.
